As far as tingly creams go this is by far the strongest, use on sunbed and to sunbathe in sun. Price is great, took 3 weeks to reach tan goal and using this helps maintain that. As the rule goes do not itch when you’ve got a tingle cream on, follow that rule for this one! Almost scratched my leg off
