The good part is that this masque is very hydrating for my color treated hair. It leaves it soft and smooth. The anti brass effect is mild, even when I left it on for 20 minutes. It’s just a good conditioner.The downside for me is that it’s messy to use these masques by scooping product out of a jar. Once I have the lid off and scoop some out, I have to keep it from dripping out of my hand while I hold the jar in the other hand to find a place to set it down and hope it doesn’t fall over and spill out before my other hand is free to put the lid back on. I have deep conditioners and masques that are thicker than this one and still can be used in a bottle with a pump, one handed.

Sunny Isle Anti-Brass enhancing purple hair repair masque 16 fl oz. This arrived like new with inner and outer seals. This seemed like a legit brand so I was excited to try their product. Sadly I had very ‘meh’ results.The color of the mask is more blue than violet in person. I don’t know if this is intentional or not. The consistency is very light, like a cheap, watery, conditioner. It’s hard to scoop up by hand and drips all over my tub. I didn’t stain my tub but I could seem this permanently staining porous materials.Still, I gave it a chance, thinking it might be good for my fine wavy hair which is finicky about product thicknesses. Unfortunately, I have tried this three times now and have not seen one tiny bit of improvement in my brassiness or shine. In fact, my dark blonde hair looks more dull lately!I’ve used many different anti-brass products in the past from multiple brands and this one has been one of the worst frankly. No I would not recommend.
