The dosage is 6 capsules daily. I find it harder to incorporate 6 into my day so I take 3. It has only been a few days and I already feel less joint stiffness. The capsules are rather large so I’d you have trouble taking pills I would suggest getting smaller size or the powder. Great balance of amino acid profile which is what made me choose this type in first place. The value for cost is pretty good. I would recommend it to others.
