Loreal Elvive Buitengewone Oil All Hair Types 100ml by L’Oreal Paris

I was looking for a good quality hair oil that wasn’t as expensive as other brands like Ouai, Olaplex, Morocanoil, etc but still gave a similar result and felt like a step up from grocery stores brands. After looking and trying different ones, and comparing their results and prices, I find this one to be the winner.It’s very lightweight, which at first I thought wouldn’t be soo good for me because my hair is thick and high porosity, so thicker oils always give me best results but you’re never out of risk of weighting it down. But this one not only felt light and fast absorbing, but also gave shine and frizz control to my wavy thick hair. I also loved that the oil doesn’t feel so sticky in your hands and transfers beautifully to your hair, without leaving that weird oily hand feeling or clumps of hair stuck together.The smell is very nice, feels sweet and vanilla, but it can feel strong for sensitive people. I don’t know how well this holds in high humidity exposure, but then again, there’s no miracle product. I believe this is a good product if you’re looking for something to tame split ends, give shine and smoothness. I will be using after washing my hair, before and after styling and that has been working super well for me.

The oil I typically purchase was out of stock, so I opted to try this one.I have really frizzy, curly hair, and on days when I don’t wear it curly, I maintain it in a French braid. But by the time I eventually wash it, my hair usually becomes quite dry and knotted. I applied this oil and it made a noticeable difference—my hair stayed tamed, less frizzy, and moisturized.The best part, though, was that when I eventually washed my hair, it wasn’t nearly as knotty as normal. Detangling was so much simpler, which made my shower routine far less annoying (if you know, you know).I’m definitely repurchasing this. I’ll update after using it more, but after just one wash – its already a game-changer.
