I’ve been working out consistently for around 17 years and have been an athlete most of my life. My pre-workout meal has always been my least favorite because I’m never usually hungry at that time and I would always get a little bit sleepy from the insulin spike caused by taking in pre-workout carbs and I absolutely hated that. Yet I knew that my workout performance would suffer if I went into it without having had any recently consumed carbs, so for the longest time I had always just kind of sucked it up and ate some oatmeal or a couple of bananas or something. I came across this product and was skeptical of the claim that this provides a source of carbohydrates that is fast digesting AND also provides sustainable energy. My experience with fast digesting simple carbs is that the energy lasts about as fast as it digests, which is never very long. But after having taken this stuff before every workout for a couple of weeks now, I can confidently say that the claims made by this product are very much legit. It is very fast digesting, doesn’t make me feel sleepy at all, and I have felt perfectly fueled throughout every single workout that I have taken it. I lift weights and also do cardio afterwards, so my full workout typically takes me about an hour and a half by the time I’m done. And this stuff has absolutely been able to provide me sustainable energy for my entire workout consistently, for every single workout. This is an amazing product; I can’t believe I had never heard of it before. I will never reach for any other source of pre-workout carbohydrates as long as I have access to this stuff.

I love this product. I have so much energy when I load with this before my workouts. I use it in several different aspects. I use this for long weightlifting workouts and before I take an Army Physical Fitness Test. It provides me with just enough more energy in the tank to destroy my 2-mile run and pass all the younger soldiers by on the last 1/2 mile. I also love it for my PM workouts along with a non-stimulant pre-workout after a long day at work. This product helps me pull the tail end of my workout off with a bang instead of barely getting through it and by not having to have a caffeine pumped pre-workout I can still get to bed and sleep well.Upon opening this bottle, the first thing I noticed is the texture, it reminded me of a finely ground instant mash potatoes so I was slightly worried about how it would mix. Turns out it mixes really well with cold water and a shaker cup and isn’t chalky of gummy at all. I do notice it works best to mix and drink vs pre-mixing the night before and leaving it in the fridge for a morning workout. I got the Lemon Ice flavor and its very good and refreshing.I highly recommend adding this to your routine and your “must have on hand” supplement cabinet it is the real deal.
