Lovely product smells really nice but used sooo much for one makeup removal (average foundation and mascara) I was shocked! Litterally a tenth of the bottle?? Wouldn’t buy again

I wasn’t expecting much initially because of the affordable price, but since I trust Neutrogena as a brand, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did! This moisturizer has exceeded my expectations. I always use it combined with the Neutrogena face wash, and together they make a great skincare routine. The formula is gentle and doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry or tight at all. I suffer from dry skin, and it’s challenging to find products that truly moisturize without any residue or greasiness. This one is perfect! My skin feels smooth, hydrated, and comfortable throughout the day. I’d highly recommend it, especially if you’re someone who has dry or sensitive skin. It’s a great product at an even better price!

I bought it to help take my waterproof make up. It does not remove it at all it only helps a bit, I still need to use make up remover. I try using it after regular not waterproof make up, and it also does not remove it. Not gonna buy this again

Bought this product specifically to remove waterproof mascara and other eye makeup and found this product to be quite terrible for that job. I don’t use makeup on any other part of my face so can’t say how well it would perform there, but if you’re looking for something to remove makeup from the eye region, you’d do well to look elsewhere.Initially when you use this around the eyes, it starts to sting eyes almost right away. It’s also quite bad at removing mascara, you need multiple applications and manny cotton pads/tissues to fully remove the mascara, all the while it starts to sting the eyes more and more. When I was finally done with one eye, I found it kept stinging for perhaps half an hour and was quite red as well. The same happened when I did the other one. And to be clear: I was being very careful not to put any of this substance into my eyes and tried being as gentle as possible (while still being effective, obviously).Quite unsatisfied with this product and I really fail to see how could this possibly be “for sensitive skin”.
