I have no equipment to test if this product produces the right wavelengths. However, I would be thoroughly surprised if a company produced a red light panel at the wrong wavelengths. Since it is so easy to do.This one is very powerful and more than enough to get a dose over the whole body if you move a few times. Either way, red light therapy seems to have systemic effects even if it’s done locally. The spread of this panel seems to be high enough to cover at least half of the body though.I have read some studies mentioning that red light therapy is in fact better done locally on areas that need improvement, since with full body therapies you’d too high of a dose fairly quickly. Which makes it harder to treat areas locally, because you’d get too high of a dose before getting maximal local clinical effects. Among price considerations as well, that is why I bought this panel.As for the light, it is extremely bright. I would be very surprised if the output would be significantly lower than what’s advertised.If you look at similar panels, you’ll easily pay 300 euro’s, or even 1K+ with stronger branded manufacturers.The device itself is very sturdy and solid. Feels like a machine from the 80’s that is made to last for years. All metal and straight to the point simplicity. I like it.5/5 would recommend. Let’s see if it holds up and what benefits I experience or don’t experience.

Schon die solide und sorgfältige Verpackung hat mich positiv überrascht. Das Gerät selbst macht optisch und haptisch einen ebenfalls sehr guten Eindruck. Die Lichtentwicklung ist derart, dass man am Anfang vorsichtig Abstand wahren möchte. Erfreulicherweise gibt es eine (heutzutage selten) von Größe und Design her leicht lesbare Bedienungsanleitung. Weitere Informationen findet man auf der Homepage des Herstellers. Bisher bin ich rundum zufrieden. Die Effektivität wird sich erst nach Wochen oder Monaten unter Beweis stellen.
