Definitely works very well
I usually work out just an 40 mins of so after waking up and on an almost empty stomach. So it’s great to have something to activate your body. If I don’t use this preworkout I’m more sleepy and my strength is very noticeably lower. The caffein gives a tingle and the creatine gets your muscles in gear. Works much better than expected. And it was a very good price. I work out approx 3 days a week, so expect the pot to last 2 months.

Tastes great without leaving you with the jitters. Easy to use, just mix a scoop with some water. Sure the dose isn’t as high as some other brands, but it has enough of the good stuff such that it keeps you focus, motivated, and at top performance during your workout. Besides, you don’t want to develop a tolerance to the high dosage stuff. I take it once or twice a week, usually after work, so that I don’t end up dependent on this stuff.Doesn’t smell or taste too bad either. Good value for money compared to a cup of coffee.

I made a similar review of the apple flavour version of this and the blueberry flavour and use of the preworkout is great. The flavour isnt too sweet and the preworkout will certainly give you the boost you need in the gym to push harder and work up more of a sweat. A small scoop is all you’ll need for a workout session and yet it certainly makes a difference if you want to get your results a little faster.

Sicuramente sì distingue da altri preworkout che ho provato in passato il gusto non risulta chimico come in altri prodotti che non sono di questa marca.
