This is SO much more affordable than the other L Sakei probiotics available. I either take this as a scoop in water, or I use the powder to make my own fermented probiotic drink with non-dairy milk in a yogurt maker. My sinuses were completely clear when I used this – I take it orally, I don’t inhale it or use in a Neti pot. When I ran out of this probiotic, my nose became extremely stuffy again. It really works and I won’t run out of this again. This probiotic strain also makes DAO enzyme which is an antihistamine enzyme, and it’s proven to help weight loss and obesity. I did notice it was easier to drop a few LBs when I was taking it.

I started taking this and in just 2 days my Apple Watch sleep tracking respiratory rate went from an average of 68% to 100 %. I was shocked! I have never had 100% before.
