I have naturally wavy hair that tends to get frizzy and hard to manage, especially on humid days. I’ve been using the entire Kérastase Discipline line, shampoo, conditioner, and the leave-in products, and honestly, it’s been a total game changer.The Bain Fluidealiste shampoo is super gentle but still gives a really nice clean feel without stripping the hair. It leaves my waves feeling soft, smooth, and more defined, with way less frizz. The scent is gorgeous too, luxurious and fresh without being overpowering.What I love most is how the whole collection works together. My hair feels healthier, looks shinier, and it’s so much easier to style now. If you have wavy, frizz-prone hair and want that sleek, bouncy finish, I can’t recommend this enough. Kérastase really nailed it with this one.

Shampoing efficace mais faut faire le complément avec le masque de la même gamme et j’ai le soin sans rinçage, ce trio est parfait pour une tenue d’une semaine et sans graissé les cheveux. Je recommande et bien moins cher que chez les coiffeurs.
