This flavour Icy Blue Raz is really really sweet. And doesn’t taste good. If you buy it I suggest a twist of lemon.

Not sure how much it actually impacts my bod composition , but I like the sweet flavours and the tub lasts a while.

I always find it difficult to write reviews about supplements so I won’t comment on it’s performance for me. What I will comment on is the flavour, it’s delicious, it’s not a tangy drink but more like a sweet squash drink instead. For most of the mixture, it’s pretty soluble but you do get a few little clumps or maybe blue bubbles that rise to the top, overall it mixes very well and tastes great!

I can’t really comment on the affects as it’s hard to trace what impact it has.But, it tastes nice and the tub is very pleasing. I hate the bags other amino acids come in so this one wins hands down.

First didn’t like a taste ,now I love it ,this is different taste and will see how much I will like this taste. But to do my heavy lifting it’s helps with recovery, obviously I don’t use much supplements, only using amino fuel and I’m happy so far .And yes it’s helps with muscle grow.
