Product is ok but bottle cap arrived broken
The bottle cap arrived broken and part of the plastic came out without me doing anything, while the box was not damaged at all – meaning it was broken even before being packed inside or during it. However is still possible to keep the bottle closed, that is the reason I didn’t return the product.

It is breaking your hair
Never using this product again!Bleached my hair 2 times and I had a toner in the salon and my hair was still strong and fine.After using this product 2 times i was pleased because it was less yellow. But After i sort combing my hair it was breaking off and I lost a lot of hair.I used other silver(purple) shampoos before and I never had this problem before.

the fragrance is nauseating
Bought this product to supplement the purple shampoo i purchased (different brand). Had high hopes but I can’t use it again after the first time – my hair smelled like cheap men’s perfume and it gave me a headache. I had to wash my hair again just to get the smell out. Terrible.

Llevo usando el champú John Frieda Violet Crush Intenso y la diferencia se nota desde los primeros lavados. Mi cabello tenía algunos reflejos amarillentos que no me gustaban, y este champú los ha neutralizado dejando un tono más frío y uniforme.La textura es buena, hace espuma fácilmente y no reseca demasiado el pelo, aunque siempre lo complemento con un buen acondicionador. El color violeta es bastante intenso, lo que demuestra que realmente actúa para matizar.Si tienes el pelo rubio teñido o natural y quieres evitar los tonos amarillos, lo recomiendo totalmente. ¡Me ha funcionado genial!

Je l’utilise depuis très longtemps pour neutraliser les effets jaunes ou oranges suite à une coloration ou une décoloration blonde. Le meilleur shampoing pour cela d’après moi. Puis laisse une chevelure douce.

Works great, a little goes a long way.I bleach my hair at home and this tones all the brassiness out. And I feel it leaves my hair soft and shiny.I use this the first two days after I bleach to bring my hair to a platinum blonde. And then I use my normal shampoo again until my next bleaching. If I see my blonde dulls between bleaches, I use this shampoo to give it some life again.It lasts ages because I’m not using it all the time. It’s very effective too. Again, a little goes a long way with this product. Definitely worth the money. This is my go to purple shampoo.
