The flavour is nice I like it I have watermelon flavour !!Energy = I seem to be able to do 1 and half – 2 HR session at the gym ! I have to have a 10-20 seconds breather but due to emphysema I guess this is why but I can carry on with out feeling drained from energy as I ride 1 half mile to gym and back ! And I’m a sleep apnea sufferer to , I’m guessing it works reading back through it 😂🤣😂🤣 says 2 scoops to 500 ml water gives me just over half in me bottle so I do a 3 scoop all the way to the top as I measured it out and that’s where it ended up being ,hope this helps !!!

The taste is disgusting how anyone can say watermelon is the best flavour is beyond me they must not av any taste buds and other flavours must be really bad.

Started drinking this during my workout, after I’ve already taken pre-workout, mainly because I wanted something a bit nicer than water during workouts. Taste is okay, definitely watermelon but I find it has a funky aftertaste, little bit chemically – but not sure if I got a bad batch as everyone else seems to think it tastes okay.

This stuff is delicious. Tastes like a watermelon Jolly Rancher hard candy. I had read reviews saying flavour was horrid but I am really fussy and this is so yummy. Found it really helped me whizz through my work out as well. I’d been struggling at around 45mins recently but this really helped me keep energy levels up during and after. I’m very impressed.
