    If you are brand new to Kombucha, wanting to have the whole process explained, I would strongly advise against buying this book. There is a half page introduction which promises all sorts of information that simply does not appear. Then there is a page about equipment, and then the entire rest of the book (271 pages) is just a list of recipes for different flavoured mixes, which, even though I no virtually nothing about Kombucha, appear to essentially all be the same with a different flavouring elements. I will be attempting to return it
