Love this eyeliner! It’s really hard to find pencil eyeliner that stays on if you have oily skin/eyelids – waterproof doesn’t necessarily mean oil-proof. So this has been the best one I’ve ever tried for this. It’s taken me decades to find, and I’m staying with it. The colour is a really nice shade of brown, too.
