Theuy come in the classic tablet plastic container and I was positively surprised when I noticed that the leaflet is very clear and provided in differen languages. I started taking these tablets few days ago and they seem stimulate my bowel movement. Howeevr, I could feel a bit of discomfort when taking them late in the night ( bowel movement.) .

Voilà à quoi servent les pro biotiques : à réparer ce qui nous fait mal dans le ventre. Indispensable à toute pharmacie familiale, il n’est pas nécessaire pour autant de vider la boîte si l’amélioration survient et se stabilise. C’est comme pour le reste : l’excès nuit en tout. D’autant que le prix est élevé.

Increasingly, we hear about the importance of the ‘Gut Biome’ in maintaining our health and immune system strength. To this end, I eat natural yogurt and sauerkraut, as well as drinking kombucha. These are all good sources of so called ‘Good Bacteria’ which are crucial for gut health, but I always wonder if there’s sufficient variety of good bacteria in my diet, so I was pleased to see this product with its good spread of varieties. There are 21 different ones, including 5 Bifido strains.The inclusion of the prebiotic fibre Inulin is welcomed. I guess the fact that Inulin is an insoluble fibre means that it will help get the bacteria off to a good start by providing a good medium for colony forming.A concern I always have about supplements is whether they can get to where they can be properly used without being dissolved by stomach acid. In the case of Good Bacteria, that’s mostly *after* the stomach. This product addresses that issue by delivering the bacteria in a (Plant) Cellulose based capsule which should survive the stomach and get to the intestines/gut. This means that it’s not a gelatin capsule, which allows for the supplement’s vegan friendly claim.The capsules are quite small and slim so are easy to swallow. They don’t taste of anything much at all.You have to take two capsules to get the listed dose. However, the thing about bacteria, is that they like to multiply, so I figure one capsule a day will be fine because as long as they get to where they need to, they will multiply, and I’ll get the benefits. I decided to try a supplement that is supposed to restore the good gut bacteria and thus, positively influence the microbiome, so I decided to give this product a try.Note: I have only been taking it for a short while so I haven’t noticed any differences really apart from maybe being more regular but this again, could just be placebo.This supplement contains various Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium spp. and to me the list seems quite extensive which I like as I prefer probiotic supplements that contain more various strains than just focusing on a single bacteria family. One needs to consider here whether the specific strains included match their own personal needs.It is recommended to take this supplement around meal times. I usually take it about 30 minutes before a larger meal. This way, the bacteria have not caused me digestive issues thus far.I don’t like that this supplement contains different additives, fillers and bulking agents such as: Maltodextrin, cellulose, gellan and cotton seed oil. Therefore, once it is gone, I will be using an alternative product.Another star less due to the unsustainable plastic bottle.
