I haven’t tried that many meal replacements but when I came across this I had to give it a try after reading the ingredients, I only use 1 level scoop in the morning for breakfast and I’m all set until lunch, but the most impressive part I’m actually losing fat but maintaining muscle so I’m definitely sticking with this stuff for a while the only annoying thing is it doesn’t come in a larger amount 1 bag will not last a whole month at 1 scoop a day

This stuff tastes great I haven’t noticed gains yet but I like it only thing it doesn’t fill u up like it says or at least for me it doesn’t and I use 2% milk

As far as I can tell the ingredients are mostly decent, and I saw stevia so thought it was sucralose free- but it has in as well. As it’s hard to find a protein powder or meal-replacement without sucralose I still get this as it’s thick, creamy, and (without researching all ingredients exhasutively) seems otherwise decent.I was going to complain about the worst bag (it does not reseal) but they recently started putting it in a plastic container – much better and it may recycle, too.
