I know how much our bodies need Vitamin B complex. It is water soluble so I take it everyday. Niacin B3 and B12 we need especially but B complex is great for our bodies. I really like that this product is in capsule form so it is easier for absorption. The value is great for how long it lasts. And the bonus is that it is vegetarian/vegan. It has pure quality nutrition.

I have this delivered on a schedule now because it’s a helpful supplement for me but I had to get it without the niacin.Great stuff, I highly recommend. 🙂
