The collagen is in a plastic tub that measures 20.5cm high and 12cm diameter wide complete with tamperproof seals. The tub is a large size which can be reused afterwards for dry produce, much better than those packets with a sealed top.

The collagen is in a powder form and comes with a plastic scoop inside and one scoop is one serving with a total of 30 servings per tub. The scoop inside the tub has a nice sized handle that you can actually hold with your thumb and first two fingers very easily to balance the powder to your drinking vessel.

The powder mixes very well with no lumpy or gritty bits remaining at the bottom or stuck to the sides, I used a shaker beaker with a mesh type of grill for this preparation. I tried my powder in milk to make my shake and I am quite content with the pleasant taste and no need to add anything else to my mixture.

The taste of this powder is just like drinking those corner yoghurts before you add the fruity corner compartment, except it is a much weaker taste and it is in a more watery liquid consistency but there's a slight vanilla flavour detected.

Comes complete with serving scoop although during transport the scoop get buried and is not on the top so I used a spoon to dig for it.

The collagen is in powder form, not dusty powder like flour and not quite granules like coffee, this is the in between stage of flour and coffee.

The taste is very pleasant, tasted like malty vanilla ice-cream when I tested it for first time, I tried a teaspoon of dry powder straight in the mouth to get a true review of the flavour. It actually reminded me of the famous malty bedtime drink beginning with H.

This powder dissolves very easily and in seconds, although I did use a shaker with wire shaker ball to do this.

When mixing with my usual fresh berries and milk there was no malty vanilla taste detected and The collagen did not alter the consistency or go lumpy.

Very happy with this collagen, the price, the ease of dissolve, the versatile use for any drinks or foods and the price for the strength of collagen, especially bovine, is really money well spent.

Tried it twice this wasn't for me I really didn't like the taste and it has an aftertaste that liked to linger which I didn't like.

I was advised to take this by friends who believe that it has a number of health benefitsand I could certainly use some of those so I decided to give it a go.

I mixed it with my protein drinks from after my gym sessions and I found that I can hardly notice the taste of this when combining it with skimmed milk.

It dissolves absolutely fine if I use my blender , though I would be less convinced if I was doing it by hand that it would fully dissolve.

Obviously, I can't prove the health benefits particularly after just a few uses. But I'm going to continue to use it.

If considering purchasing this, do note it's massive value because it comes in a huge tub. And this is going to last probably for 4 or 5 months with regular daily intake. For this reason, it's worth the asking price.

To begin with, it is important to note that this is a rather large tub. If you use those giant tubs of protein powder then you will be used to that, but to anyone who isn’t then be aware that you will need a large space to store this pot away.

The guide says that there are 30 servings in this pot, so enough for a month supply. You mix a scoop of the powder into 200ml of water and drink the mixture. The powder dissolves a lot better than other powders I have tried and so this is a good quality. However, it doesn’t taste particularly nice which is a shame. There is no flavouring added so you just have the powder taste, which doesn’t make drinking it very pleasant. Luckily, you can also mix it into other things like yoghurts or cereal and this makes it a lot better to consume.

The collagen itself is from bovine source so keep that in mind if you wanted a marine source instead. It says it has been lab tested so you can sure in the quality. Overall a reasonable collagen supplement, provided you don’t try and drink it…
