This book has been a massive help to me. I bought it to help me with my digestive issues but it has been much more helpful and informative in many ways. I have been taking the enzymedica enzymes since reading this book. 2 different types, one type before each meal and the other inbetween meals. My digestive issues have disappeared and I have lost weight without even trying, which for a menopausal woman is not an easy thing to do!I highly recommend reading this book if you want to improve your health.

I bought this book 3 years ago but first by now in the past days have been reading it. This because when I received it showed up being quite different to what that I had expected when reading its title and then ordering it. I had expected the book to be more telling the chemical history about the enzymes, and besides including lots of drawings showing enzyme molecules, and having writing down chemical formulas showing some of the chemical reactions, processes. This as we in the title is having the word everything. But now after having read the entire book I most say that it’s a fine book about enzymes, that is concerning how to use extra enzymes when eating, and why, and the different probability of which enzymes to use in each case, how much, and when to take them. And also fine, on 69 sides in the start of the book, in the part 1, under “Enzyme Essentials”, to the readers explaining the reason for taking extra enzymes and how the enzymes works. But still I would be thanks full if there in the book were drawings of molecules, written down chemical processes (formulas).Especially in the book I like the 203 sides in the part 2 “Enzyme Treatment for Specific Health Issues” which cowers around 140 different health cases. And in each case having different formulas to choose, that is the different combination of enzymes. The writings here are much parallel to writings we meat in doctor lexicons, explaining the reason to the diseases and then what to do. And here I found many interesting details concerning many of these diseases. So I already am speculating about trying to use one of these formulas, but for this I first must find out if it here in Thailand is legal for private persons to by enzymes, and if it at all are possibly to get them.Last in the book starting on side 287 we also are getting gut science helping information in appendix A with “Determining Enzyme Potency”. And in appendix B with “Enzymes Can Survive Stomach Acid”, here among other being told about how some enzymes can pas trough the high acid in the stomach, being 2 to 3 in pH, for first after the stomach starting to work in the correct pH for them being around 7 to 8 Ph. And we finally are getting really good writing in appendix C having the title “Immune System 101”, including a good helping drawing, by here being explained the different ways our immune system is working. Among other we here are having about the 500 lymph nodes. So all together at god book explaining what customers needs to know about enzymes, and certainly written by a person that are hawing much knowledge concerning what he is writing about.

This author also penned ” Enzymes : What the Experts Know ” published in 2006. This book published in 2008 is pretty much the samecontent , but polished and presented in a more concise manner. It includes a summary of the history of the development of this discipline , and adescription of the various enzymes and detailed recommendations regarding many common ailments. It is a better version of the previous book ,and a good place to start on the subject.

If a person is serious about their health this is one book that is a MUST for their health library. It gives an indepth look at the anatomy of the human body. It looks at the relationships between the different systems and how they work together. Enzymes are the sparkplug of life and this topic is explored indepth. Not only is this an informative book but also a hands on guidance to many of the health problems in today’s world. As a health educator I highly recommend this book.
