AMELIORATE Transforming Body Lotion is een primeur in het VK! Een bodylotion ontworpen voor Keratosis Pilaris die zowel exfolieert als hydrateert.
Optimale niveaus van melkzuur, een natuurlijk voorkomend alfa-hydroxyzuur, moedigen het natuurlijke exfoliatieproces van de huid aan, verwijderen voorzichtig dode huidcellen en vuil van het oppervlak en stimuleren tegelijkertijd de vernieuwing van gezonde huidcellen.
Het is klinisch bewezen dat het vochtgehalte in de huid tot 12 uur aanzienlijk verhoogt.
Als irritatie optreedt, stop dan onmiddellijk met het gebruik. Vermijd contact met de ogen. Als het product in de ogen komt, spoel dan onmiddellijk goed met warm water.
Dit product bevat een alfa-hydroxyzuur (AHA) dat de gevoeligheid van uw huid voor de zon en met name de kans op zonnebrand kan verhogen. Gebruik een zonnebrandcrème, draag beschermende kleding en beperk blootstelling aan de zon tijdens het gebruik van dit product en gedurende een week daarna.

I have a severe case of Keratosis Pilaris on my legs. I’ve been using this cream as instructed, there are no results to see yet.Pros:- moisturising- a very light cream, doesn’t feel heavy- mild, unobtrusive fragranceCons:- legs feel sticky for a bit- see attached photo. The cream gives me a very bad rash on the back of my hands (after applying the cream). Very itchy, raised bumps. If I stop applying the cream for a few days, the rash goes away. I don’t have sensitive skin, I’ve never had a reaction like this before.I don’t know if I can continue using this (very expensive) cream, the itchy hands are unbearable.If I do continue using the cream, I will update my review if I see an improvement of the Keratosis Pilaris on my legs.

I originally got this in Marks and Sparks Beauty advent calendar. Since then I’ve been buying it in England and was thrilled that I could finally find it on Amazon for a good price.When you first start using it it does sting a little. Not badly so but you can definitely feel it. I used it daily for the first week after my shower and at the end of that I had lovely soft skin with no “chicken skin” on my elbows or legs. Now I just use it twice a week. It does smell slightly medical but no offensively so. They sell a separate foot cream but this works just as well.
