High quality product with no unnecessary fillers and binders. Capsules can be easily separated and the powder sprinkled onto food or drink if swallowing is an issue for you. I have tried other products from this brand and all have impressed me. Recommended.

I don’t like Matt Baker –
Well done for making these without questionable ingredients (I prefer inulin to other fillers).However there is more inulin in the capsules than P-5-P and I would prefer smaller capsules.
