I have type 2 diabetes so good footcare is essential. I was given an emery board by the podiatrist last year and have been looking for a replacement. These are ideal, the coarse side is more than adequate to file down hard toenails and you don’t need to use scissors if you use these regularly. The fine side is good for finger nails or just a light file of your toenails.

Really good and does the job. These made removing my acrylics so much easier. Helps with the natural nail and does not damage. Only downside is you will have to chuck it after using it for a job as above as it completely gone after that. Otherwise, brilliant
