Not worth it
Did the process twice on a black box dye hair, with a month break in between. About 15 cm of my hair on top was orange but the bottom barely lost any color at all. The natural roots at the time were about half of that length. I kept the formula on my hair for 60 min each time and the damage was minimal, fixed with hair mask in a week. I had better results from drugstore brand color remover at one time without the smell and in shorter time.

Didn’t work as it was expected
Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me well and turned my pink hair into blue one after 3 attempts. In base I had bleached blonde hair and dyed my hair in pink with true pigment. Maybe that’s why it didn’t washed out completely.

Extremely Disappointed with Color Oops
I was so excited to use Color Oops to remove my black hair color, but I am extremely disappointed. I followed all the instructions perfectly, yet my hair looks exactly the same as before. There is literally no difference whatsoever. Such a shame! I had high hopes, but this product did not work for me at all.

ça a vraiment bien fonctionné sur moi. J’avais les cheveux rouge vif (coloration semi-permanente à base de pigments) et ça a bien dégorgé.Certes l’odeur n’est pas agréable mais après les deux shampoings recommandés l’odeur était totalement partie. Il a également fallu rincer très longtemps pour que le produit prenne toute son efficacité (encore une fois comme recommandé) donc je conseille de vraiment bien suivre les instructions.J’ai fait un bon masque hydratant après et mes cheveux ne sont pas plus abîmés qu’avant application

Ich habe das Produkt zum ersten Mal gekauft und angewendet nachdem ich mit meiner letzten Koloration nicht zufrieden gewesen bin.Ich habe die Anweisung befolgt und das Produkt genau 20 Minuten wirken lassen und anschließend 15-20 Minuten lang! ausgespült.Ich hatte an meinen Haaren eine permanente Farbe in dunkel Mahagoni Braun und es hat komplett die Farbe entfernt.Meine Haare hatten nach dieser Anwendungszeit ihre Naturfarbe wieder gehabt und ich habe sogar am selben Tag erneut meine Haare gefärbt.Die Haare waren zwar etwas angegriffen vom Prozess aber nicht so sehr wie bei einem Bleaching.Ich habe eine Haarmaske anschließend aufgetragen und über 10 Minuten wirken lassen und die Haare waren wie vor der Anwendung des Color Oops!Für mich eine klare kaufempfehlung, super Produkt!

Having dyed my hair brown which went black I needed help! I tried the vitamin c and anti dandruff shampoo 5 times and it faded but not enough. First time using colour oops , it smelt but not unbearable. Followed instructions, even washing and rinsing for 20 minutes. It worked , removed the black/brown and my hair doesn’t feel damaged. The hat bag didn’t open so I used cling film. Would use again
