We’ve bought this 7 times now.Seems like the best value for Vitamin D.4 drops is enough. One bottle lasts for months (keep it in the refrigerator).It seems to help energy levels. No flavor. We put it in coffee and although you can see it, we don’t notice when drinking.Looking at it again, it also has MCT oils, which are also good for you.Easy to take if you just want to put a few drops on your tongue, but be careful not to touch the dropper to anything, or bacteria will spoil the drops within a few days.
