CAUTION–First time trying a eyebrow gel product.. it was wonderful. CAUTION I ordered light brown neutral color #3 in 0.10 Oz it showed in the csrt as #3.. It changed in checkout to #5. I did not catch this. #5 is to dark. I thought That I made an error..I did not.if something is not available…it should say on site this. Please choose another option. I did contact Amazon customer service. This needs corrected. Also requested a refund. I did finally try #3 light brown and the product is outstanding.very natural looking. You will not be disappointed..it is pricey, but worth it

Long lasting gel that goes on easy and greatly improves the look of brows. I’ve been using this product for years after considering other methods for thickening my brows. This is a nice, gentle, economical method that has a great look.

I usually love this product. It came in a plastic bag, with no box. The product did not have a seal either. How do I know it was not used? For an expensive, personal care item, this is disappointing.
