Ich habe sehr kräftige und dicke Haare die eine gute Pflege benötigen. Das Shampoo und die Spülung pflegen sehr gut das Haar, machen es gut kämmbar und es sieht gesund aus. Ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass es für dünne Haare zu Nahrstoffreich/ intensiv ist und das Haar den schwer fällt.

Joico zijn topproducten. Ik was blij om dit cadeau pakket te kunnen bestellen: shampoo + conditioner. Toen ik het pakket kreeg, zat er enkel de conditioner in. Heel ontgoocheld! Dit is mensen bedriegen. Op de advertentie staat duidelijk shampoo +conditioner. Heel erg dat dit kan gebeuren. Heb de vraag gesteld via de chatrobot van Amazon, dus hoop dat de shampoo nog wordt nagestuurd.

I love the shampoo and conditioner but unfortunately mine came with a hole in the bottom of the bottle. This meant the packaging was very sticky when it came and it leaks when upright in the shower. When stating that the item was fault to the company I was disappointed to find I had to send the shampoo and conditioner back despite there being nothing wrong with the conditioner. The idea that I have to send both products back when there was only a fault with one is very frustrating and seemingly pointless. A disappointing experience.
