This Vitamin D spray is excellent. I use it daily and recently my Vitamin D test was above what the tablets my GP used to prescribe so my surgery is very pleased with my levels which need to be checked on a regular basis.The flavour is pleasant and minty. It is easy to use and quickly absorbed.

I was advised to buy this product as an additional supplement for Winter Depression.The spray is easy to take orally. It did help I think (along with magnesium tablets) to lift my spirits. But not sure it it was totally responsible for my recovery.It tastes good and is small enough to fit into a bag or briefcase.

It works I’ve always been low on vit d when I get bloods checked and used to get prescriptions. I been taking one spray every day for a couple of months and bloods are Normal. That was all through winter and I work in doors so very little sunlight. Pains in my shoulders have gone I’m sure low vit d had something to do with

Easy to use and was the cheapest sold as a 4 pack. Convenient to take with you – leave in the car or handbag.Effective? Not sure as only been taking to for a week.
