These are excellent value multivitamins 120 at 1 a day will last four months. These are tablet form not capsule which I actually prefer, they are a decent size but easy to swallow. I actually think it’s a good thing for male and female separate multivitamins as we need different things. These are definitely good quality and value. Would recommend.

These are actual tablets as opposed to capsules. They arrive in a small cardboard box and then from there in a plastic bottle with a basic screw top lid and also you can open the lid from a flap on the cap. I think you’re supposed to open it this way however there is a safety seal inside so you need to unscrew it at least once. No child safety lock at all.Once unsealed there was a strange smell inside the bottle they come in though. I don’t mean strange in a super bad way like “off” or anything, but I’ve never smelled pills like it. They are tasteless to me though, because I wash them back with a gulp of water. To be honest the flavour is not really the selling point anyway is it? They go down nice and easily as they are a relatively small size pill.I cannot say for certain that I have seen any benefits from taking them at this stage, but to be honest these are pretty cheap in my opinion. The good sized bottle represents good value I think and even if they only make a minimal difference to me I think it’s worth it and I’ll be happy to order these again in the future most likely.

These tablets came in a white opaque plastic bottle with convenient flip top lid, less than half full of tablets, but with a small packet of desiccant to keep the tablets dry. There was a seal over the lid and across the neck of the bottle under the did. The bottle was further contained inside card box and detailed nutritional facts about the tablets are displayed on both the bottle and box. The tablets are manufactured in India for a UK company and have an expiry date 24-months from the date of manufacture, 3-months before I received them. The orangey-brown tablets are smooth, slim (17.8mm long x 8.5mm wide x 4.4mm deep), tasteless and easy to swallow. A comprehensive list of vitamins, minerals and other supplements are included, presumably specifically designed for the average men. It was good to see the inclusion of ginseng and iron together with a long list of B vitamins, though I was surprised not to see the inclusion of B12. The 120-tablets at the recommended dose of 1 per day should last about 4-months making these tablets good value.

I am not sat here in a white coat in a lab, I will assume that the claims are correct.Two security seals which is fantastic, correct amount.See photo the tablets are wide but thin, They do have a bad taste which looses stars as I was left with an aftertaste not awful, but if you struggle to swallow not for you.

As with many multivitamins, I can never be sure if they are good or meh until a week or two into taking them, and these are/will be no different.As of now a few days into taking them, I can say things that are sure, and thar is that they are easy to be swallowed, no bad taste or aftertaste, and seem to ve working just well.And by working well I mean that they haven’t given me any indication to be making me bloated, actually tired or even unwell.One a day will last approx. 4 months, which for the price to pay is good return.I used to be sceptical with this brand, but now that I’ve had an opportunity to try more of their products, I’m starting to see quality even if not everything works in my favour i.e. energy or well-being in general.
