Ich denke eigentlich, dass Nahrungsergänzunsgmittel eher Placebo sind und in einer gesunden Ernährung nichts zu suchen haben , – aber Placebos haben nachgewiesen Wirksamkeit und meine Ernährung ist leider nicht so abwechslungsreich und vollständig. So geht’s einfach und schnell.
