This brush set is a total win! Honestly, there are more brushes than I know what to do with—but I’m not complaining. Each one has a specific shape and purpose, and I’ve been surprised at how useful they are for precision application, especially for brows and liner.The angled brushes are perfect for clean, crisp brows using powder or pomade, and they’ve made brow mapping and even henna application so much easier. They also work well for lining lips or applying concealer to clean up edges. The bristles are super soft but still firm enough for detailed work, and they pick up product beautifully without any shedding.I also really love the soft cream-colored handles—not only do they look sleek, but they also feel lightweight and comfortable in hand, which makes precise work much easier.Whether you’re a makeup artist or just love doing your own brows and liner at home, this set is a great value and high quality. I use it every day and still haven’t explored every brush in the kit!

This is a nice set of specialty brushes. They are short bristled and dense for a reason: they are meant for precision application. These are great for fine work on the brows, the eyelids, and even for contouring around the nose. There are 2 each of a wider, medium, and smaller brush, so you have one for product application and one for blending. I am old enough to remember when we had to trim our own brushes down so they resembled these. We used to “melt” pencil eyeliner, then use a fine brush like one of these to apply a powder shadow in a matching color on top of the liner, for a more natural look and longevity. (No, we did not have long wear makeup back then.) We also used brushes like these to apply matte shadows in the brown family to our brows, to avoid that dreaded “drawn on look” that bare pencils could give you. I like using one of these brushes to blend down the fake look some microblading pens give you, as well as using what we now call “contouring powder” to make the brow color match my natural one better. They are also great for applying and blending brow pomades or gels. They are fantastic to use anywhere you need to do more precision type work, especially on the brows or lining around the eyes.This set comes packaged in a clear plastic case that resembles a pencil bag. The sticker holds the pack closed for shipping, so be sure to remove that before trying to slide out the flap. Inside, each brush comes in its own cellophane sleeve. The handles are a nice lengths, and the ferrules are high quality to keep those short bristles put.This was priced at $10 for the set, or $1.66 per brush, which is a good price for brushes of this quality. And they are much better than trying to cut and angle a fluffier brush. If you are looking for dense, angled brushes for precision makeup work, these are a fantastic choice at a good price. I recommend this set.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are short but soft edged brushes. They give good control for more precise work.The ferrule of brush is sturdy and doesn’t seem like it will come off that easily.The handles seemed to painted wood.There is a wide variety of sizes to choose from for various work. They are all angled, some with a softer rounded edge.Seems like a good set of brushes.Will see how well these work over time. Will update if anything happens.

The brushes are good. Just a lot of separation between the bristles. I used them with a paint pot for lashes though.
