How to use:
1.Diffusion:
Place 10 drops of your favorite essential oils for diffuser.
2.Bath:
Add 10 drops of lavender essential oil, 5 drops of peppermint essential oil and orange, 1 tablespoon of Jojoba carrier oil, and a handful of Epsom salt in a water-filled bathtub.
3.Home:
For a fresh linen spray, mix 3 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil, 3 drops of lemon, 3 drops of lavender, 3 drops of Tea Tree essential oil, 3 drops of peppermint in a 5 oz spray bottle.
4.Cleaning:
Lemon is a particularly good essential oil for cleaning wooden floors. To a spray bottle, add 2 cups of distilled water, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and 10 drops of lemon essential oil.
