I have been using this 5-7x a week for about 6 weeks. I “felt” like it was making a difference. But I’m not a hugely observant person. Then I took two photos taken 1 month apart and used an app to put them side by side for comparison. I can really see a more youthful look in that 4 week span. Even my father commented that I’m looking younger & better and he never notices anything. This mask works. I typically run the auto cycle of all the light colors. On days I have extra time, I run the red light portion a second time after the auto cycle finishes (making it a total of 20 minutes of red vs the typical 10 minutes in the auto cycle).Even my chest wrinkles are visibly smoother and less pronounced. I love this device!I also have a high frequency wand, but don’t really notice changes with that, that’s why I decided to try this mask. Glad I did. The blue light of this mask also keeps my hormonal chin acne away for two cycles now!Hoping the green light will reduce my sun spots but so far the 3 minute cycles have not made a difference I notice. I might try extending the length I use the green color. It is good for calming anxiety as well, so more reason to use green then just hyper pigmentation. I do feel calm even when I have reason to feel stress. So I feel like using the face mask nearly every day does serve mental health benefits as well as physical benefits.

The first one of these I received had a number of lights dead or flashing within 30 days.Amazon replaced the first unit with a new one that worked for the first couple weeks.Now, just weeks later, the brand-new replacement unit I received has even more lights that are intermittent or don’t show all colors.Also, intermittent connections at the power unit cause all kinds of crazy flashing with various lights.Clearly, this product design is defective, or quality control is poor.BUT… the phone number included in the package for customer support does not answer, it shows as an “INVALID NUMBER”.I have sent email to the company address provided in the package asking for a full refund under the one year warranty shown in the product information included with the device.I hope the manufacturer stands by their product.AND…just to make things interesting it now shows the product is no longer available from Amazon, so apparently this is a product that will not last and has a lot of problems.Don’t waste your money on this version IF it becomes available, and I have serious concerns about anything else that they make.IF they come through with a refund, I will update my review that they did the right thing.
