The lotion is thick and smells amazing! One thing that I really appreciate is that the canister was completely full. This one body butter will likely last me years.

I lowered the stars because this rose smell does not last as long as I had hoped, maybe about 3 hours max 🙁 Also testing out more of the butter, it doesn’t blend well into the skin, it almost goes on lumpy and leaves white marks on the skin. I think I’m gonna skip this next time and try the body shop british rose one. I got this on discount so i’m keeping it but if I paid full price, it would definitely be returned. It’s too expensive to not perform as well as I had hoped.
I purchased this on a whim when it was on discount and figured it would be worth trying because of the reviews. I’m not a huge rose person (like the rose scent at bbw yuck) but the reviews convinced me and I have come to terms that I do like the traditional british rose smell. Yknow, the rose vibe that has more of a sweet unique smell to it, not just a tart floral scent? I was really hoping this would be it and I am happy to confirm it IS. I only just got this product a few minutes ago but felt so compelled to write a review because it is such a pleasant smell. There is quite a bit of product in the jar and I included a video but you can see even the lightest tap or swipe picks up a decent amount of product. That light tap was enough to cover my full forearm so a little goes a long way. Since I tried it, it has dried into my skin some and it feels smooth and light. I hateeee sticky lotions that sit on top of the skin. This instead leaves a satin like feel on my skin which is something I don’t find often and really like. For me though, I love a subtle smell that lasts. I haven’t had this long so I can’t confirm it’s longevity but so far, the smell isn’t overwhelming to make me sick. But if I still get near enough to my arms where I applied it, it smells sweet and delightful. I really think I’m going to fall in love with this even more. I was thinking about cancelling this order and getting the body shop rose one at ulta since it’s on sale right now but I’m so glad I took the risk and tried this instead. I purchased your product along with the three hand cream set as a Christmas gift for my wife. She was delighted with the hand creams but very disappointed with the body butter. The butter is particularly hard to apply and unlike the hand cream is void of any discernible scent. We can only assume that this is ” old stock ” that has been dispatched accidentally!
