I have been a fan of NOW Foods Supplements for a while. They always have unbeatable prices and quality supplements. I take C-1000 & Zinc with my electrolytes drink.My only wish is that they used tablets instead of gel capsules. But that’s just my personal preference.

I cannot believe I have given up on zinc.The pills were always huge, and I got really nauseous about 10 minutes after taking it after doing some research this particular form of zinc is more easy to tolerate on the tummy and the gel capsules make it really easy to swallow. If you are very sensitive, this is a great option because each pill is only 15 mg of zinc, so I take it twice a day. I love the added, vitamin C.
