This is a toner I wasn’t sure if it made my skin better but it moisturized !!! Very watery and easy to for the skin to absorb. I personally don’t mind a little “film” feel because I’m going to put moisturizer on top of it but to each their own. It didn’t cause any breakouts and my skin reacted positively to it when I’d apply it. Overall good product and intention, no scent and lasts a long time because you don’t need much if you apply with your hands.
