AMAZINGLY!I am 54 years of age and grew up with fish oils being super healthy for your brain and bones and this was well before the capsules had been invented. Fish oil on a spoon was a daily nightmare as a child until I was old enough to say “No I will not have it” lolMoving forward, fish oils and omegas are still a massive seller for their health benefits and everyone young and old should take it daily for age preservation as well as heart health too.Before trying this bottle from Osavi I would have never purchased anything like this in liquid form, ever, it reminds me of my childhood morning dreads of vitamins and oil before school, ewwww yuk!Now having tasted this, I would certainly purchase because it does taste of lemon and not of fish oil, it isn’t even oily like you would imagine it to be. It does have a slight greasy feel but defiantly not an oil gagging sensation. The Daily Omega is very palatable and does taste lemon, not like lemon drop candy or anything like that but still a lemon taste. The liquid has a slight grease to it but not in an unpleasant way at all.The bottle I received has 2.5 years of use by date and contains a 3 month supply of servings so very much value for money.

I normally don’t take fish oil. I don’t actually eat any type of meat and I can just about mentally accept taking marine collagen but I thought I would give it a go.I assumed that it is gonna be really fishy and unpalatable (as the disgusting one I took when I was a child) but I am pleasantly surprised, it’s just smoothness of an oil (not a big amount to make swallowing it horrible) and with a very nice lemony flavour.It’s easy to take on the spoon but even if that would be an issue I guess it would be it ok to add to any smoothie etc.My partner is a meat eater, but also he didn’t seem too keen on a liquid option initially (he normally takes Omega 3 in capsules). And he also agrees that it tastes good. I think he isn’t too keen dosing it on the spoon himself but I think to me this feels more preferable.Ingredients are great, no unnecessary additional stuff: fish oil from pelagic fishes, natural lemon flavour, antioxidant: tocopherol rich extract.There is 500ml in a nice and sturdy glass bottle. 1 teaspoon (5ml) to be taken daily with or after a meal.After opening it should be refrigerated and used within 3 months, that is only one annoying thing because I keep forgetting it is in the fridge if it is not in eye level.

I’ve been taking this a while now, I’m completely used to the texture and taste – initially I found it a little oily and odd but actually it’s fine. One thing to bear in mind is that you need to keep the bottle in the fridge once opened and use within 3 months, but other than that the use by date is very long and it’s a very easy product to get in the habit of taking daily. It may be coincidence, or perhaps the warmer and dry weather but I feel a little less creaky recently so hopefully this is a n omega benefit!
