Works wonderful great product very tall we enjoy it –
It works great the pain I was feeling in my knees, back & foot are gone. I still feel some stabbing pain in my knees sometimes but I can go up & down stairs without feeling pain & I have more energy than I’m used to.

Don’t buy this…as it has very less amof magnesium per capsule..you need to take 8 capsules per day just to reach your daily requirement (minimum 400mg magnesium)
