I’ve bought this particular enzyme blend several times in a row over the years. My digestion has gotten worse and this has helped me when I have over indulged or when I think that didn’t agree with me. It’s been wonderful. I’ve been using it for about 15 years, it’s wonderful.

I don’t understand reviewers who can’t get past a little bad taste. I mean, man-up, or woman-up, as the case may be. Yes, the capsules have an unpleasant taste for a second when you place them on your tongue, but for goodness sakes, just swallow it! These capsules are truly effective. After the first bottle, I knew I wanted more. I thought about buying a cheaper enzyme, as these are somewhat costly, but decided that I should just continue using what works, and these do work. I did a little experiment in which I pulled apart a capsule and dropped it into a bowl of arroz caldo, a traditional Filipino soup my wife prepares (a somewhat viscous rice soup), and it literally, and I might add immediately, thinned the soup. Now, I don’t know exactly how this soup is made thick, but I was quite impressed. If these enzymes can transform the consistency of soup, I feel pretty confident that it works reasonably well to help break down food in the GI tract. Having said that, the true test is always in the way you feel, and this product works wonders for digestion. I can feel the difference.
