I bought this book as I’m a beginner when it comes to essential oil and I have 2 children, one 5 years old and the other 6 months. It is a great book for beginners with lots of recipes. The book has an index in the front, so whatever symptom your child has you can quickly find the page for the recipe that would work best for your child. The index of the book gives great advice about age groups and what oils can be used for different ages & if you should mix a carrier oil. The recipes in the book include, but not limited to, diaper rash cream, teething, bug bites, bug repellent, help a child sleep at night, shampoo & bubble bath. I would definitely recommend this book.
