Gorgeous colour – see pictures indoors and outdoors. The only downside is that it’s very liquid which means that coverage won’t be very uniform unless you’re very skilled at it, or apply three thin layers. Given the price and that I have been looking for this colour for a while, I can live with it. It dries well and relatively quickly.In terms of longevity, I’ve painted my nails 3 days ago. They still look intact but I suspect it will last more or less 5 days, as many other nails varnishes.

I used a base coat (Barielle Hydrating Ridge Filler + LA Colors Diamond Top Coat) and experienced zero chipping for four days before I had to touch up two tips. My next application, I’ll try the diamond top coat to see if that makes it more durable. Still, the ease of application and the color make this one worth the trouble. I love Essie polish.
