Un peu dur à avaler mais sinon parfait car ce sont des citrates (assimilable) et que tout le monde manque de magnesium et de potassium.

Buon prodotto, l’ho preso a inizio estate contro caldo e stanchezza e devo dire che ha svolto il suo lavoro! Nonostante la dose consigliata di 4 pasticche al giorno, all’inizio ne ho prese solo 2 perché volevo dare tempo al mio organismo di recepire un nuovo integratore e vedere quindi la sua reazione: no mal di testa, no mal di stomaco, no pesantezza. Sono passata a 4 nel periodo di caldo più intenso. Lo consiglio assolutamente, mi ha permesso di continuare a praticare attività fisica anche durante l’estate senza accusare dolori e stanchezza. Lo riprenderò.

What a great way to take two minerals in one and reap the benefits of both. I’m perimenopausal and take Potassium usually to aid bone and muscle health by eating bananas but there is only so many bananas you can eat before getting a big sick of eating them. I find especially after exercise that potassium stops aching muscles and helps in the rest and repair of muscles tissue. Also in the past I have taken Magnesium to help with my moods, for energy and oddly for better sleep too. I only recently discovered that it actually helps to stop my migraines being so intense, so you can I imagine my glee knowing there was a tablet that covered both of these minerals. The only two downers is that you do have to take four a day with meals but for me, I found two to be enough for my needs and the price is a bit expensive for me to purchase more in the future. Having said that I do recommend for others to try.
