Il prodotto non vale assolutamente il prezzo d’acquisto (quasi € 300,00!!!) Ha smesso di funzionare dopo appena tre mesi dall’acquisto, inviato al centro assistenza mi è stato risposto che la garanzia non copre la mal manutenzione dell’ apparecchio. Quindi dopo tre mesi ho dovuto spendere altri € 46,36 per la pulizia filtro e la resistenza IQ2. Veramente una pessima esperienza d’acquisto, non sarò mai più cliente Ga.Ma.Anche Amazon dovrebbe fare maggiore attenzione ai partner con i quali decide di avere collaborazioni commerciali. Ripeto esperienza negativa a tutti i livelli.

This was paid for by my sons & families for my 80 birthday. Although bought earlier I was not allowed to open it until my birthday in August. First disappointment was no English Instruction Manual, second was the wrong plug, so have been unable to use it. Why didn’t I do anything about it earlier- because my husband has been taken ill, so my mind/priorities with him. I also have an incurable health condition. So life is difficult for us both. My Italian hairdresser (whose salon is in the UK) buys all his equipment from Italy – with English plugs. So why was I sent the wrong one? I also ha£ to pay extra for the import tax.All things considered, a very bad, expensive buy . And a BIG disappointment for me & my family who were trying to make life easier for me by buying a lighter in weight hairdryer than my old one.I there request a full refund on my credit card please. I await confirmation of this & details of return address, with no additonal costs. thank you.Please send this review to manufacturers if necessary for me to obtain a refund.

Der Haartrockner iQ2 erfüllt alle Anforderungen, Leicht, Qualität…Die Nachhaltigkeit des Produkt in der Nutzungsdauer, Reparaturfreundlichkeit, Standardisierung von Bauteilen..wird die Zukunft zeigen. Jedoch besteht die Nachhaltigkeit nicht im Bäumepflanzen in Afrika.. oder in CO2 Zertifikaten eines Herstellers.VG Ihr Kunde

Prodotto arrivato in confezione completamente sciupata, oggetti a corredo del phon sciupati, phon che non funziona.Accordano il rimborso ovviamente è di default senza alcun tipo di avviso antecedente rimborsano il 40% del prezzo pagato perché manca la confezione originale che era completamente devastata già quando arrivata.
