I was really shocked with the taste. I was expecting something almost terrible lol. But it’s actually pretty good. I have no trouble at all taking them. I’m a week steady now so I can’t wait to see results.
I even have my son taking them for his skin .

Love these!!!!! They taste great and I see a definite improvement as far as inflammation goes. My back pain is no longer, skin looks great, I’m losing weight and just overall feel better. For those of you complaining about mold ITS NOT MOLD ITS A RICE COATING! I ventured off for a few months and tried other brands and quite literally health wise I started falling apart, the day I decided to go back to this brand I started feeling like myself again.
