I’ve been using Clarisonics since their debut. When my second one finally bit the dust, I was delighted that I could purchase another. This Mia is a little different than my previous one, having cordless charging and no stand, but it works perfectly. I’ve purposely been using it nightly without recharging, and igoing strong for for two weeks now. I really love Clarisonic for makeup removal, a deep cleaning, or massaging in an exfoliant, and I don’t think there’s a better product out there. I am happy indeed.

I was excited to replace my old facial cleansing system, which I absolutely loved, but the new one didn’t live up to expectations. While the sonic cleaning action is still good, I found that the brushes don’t fit as securely as they did on the original. It’s frustrating to deal with this issue after such a positive experience with the previous model. Returned

I like that the Clarisonic doesn’t spin, but rather it’s a vibration almost like a sonicare electric toothbrush. That being said, the in box instructions are not great. The unit had weird marks that looked like it had been handled/ used. I felt like the unit would break when putting the brush head in. The cleanser that came in the box was popped all over. If I could do it over I’d likely purchase another product.

I had a Mia previously for 10 years and loved it. This one that I received December 2024 has been hard to turn on. I have to repeatedly push the start button and more often than not it will not turn on at all. Not happy with this one. I am hoping their customer service is responsive.The web site for clairsonic is no longer active…cannot get to it.I would recommend against buying this as there is no recourse when it stops working after 2 months! Cannot get it to turn on at all now.
