I selected this item in a FabFitFun box but had very low expectations. As a cancer patient who just completed chemo, I wanted anything that could help my hair, skin and nails. While I’m sure this has subtly helped my skin and hair, this has absolutely and visibly helped strengthen my nails. They are typically flimsy and bend when pressed and in my 37 years of life, I have never been able to grow them long until now. They are the longest and strongest they’ve ever been in just 30 days of use. I take them every night at 8:00 pm (with the rest of my meds) and view them as my nightly treat because (bonus!) the flavor is also phenomenal. I ordered a second bottle and will continue to take these daily!
