C. Lamick –
I gave an itchy scalpe that is really effected be the chemicals in regular shampoo and conditioners. This has been the best product at helping with my issue. I will definitely buy this conditioner again. The best.

I have curly hair. After using this product it left my hair super frizzy. I thought it might have been a coincidence that I got frizzy hair right after using this product, so I kept using it for 3 weeks. (I wash my hair only once a week). Well, nothing has changed. My hair still looked horrible.A little insider Tipp: If you are looking for something Silicone and Sulfate free, give this conditioner a shot: “Desert Essence – Tea Tree Replenishing Conditioner Therapeutic”. I just bought and used it for the first time and I absolutely love it!

I bought this in conjunction with the Irritated Scalp Shampoo (see my review of the shampoo). Although expensive on a per unit basis, a little goes a very long way. I highly recommend this product.

I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis and one of my problem areas is my scalp, particularly my hairline. I have dark hair so any flaking patches show like a confetti bomb went off at a celebrity wedding in Hello magazine!I’ve used the British brand, Green People’s range of sun tan creams in the past and they have been a product I have bought over and over again. Their conditioners came up in a search for SLS free conditioners, as eliminating these ingredients definitely helps and I discovered Green People have a whole range of products I didn’t know about. As it was a brand that I had seen good results with in the past, I thought I’d give their Irritated Scalp Conditioner a try.The Conditioner is SLS and SLES free and also free of alcohol (ethyl alcohol, ethanol), Parabens, phthalates and artificial fragrances. It’s for those with normal/oily hair and an itchy scalp. (That would be us sebhorric dermatitis sufferers!) Its also suitable for vegans and vegetarians and contains 92% certified organic ingredients. I also like the fact they give 10% of the profits to charity!I used it for the first time this morning and immediately recognised the same scent as the sun cream! It’s probably not a smell to everyone’s taste but it’s certainly not unpleasant. If you’re a lover of the soapy citrus or typically heavily scented hair products, then you will be disappointed. It has a light, herbal, rosemary scent and in my opinion this lighter hand with the fragrance is personally a sign that it’s not overloaded with chemicals or more ingredients than necessary.I have long hair and didn’t have to use too much to work in an even covering that coated all my hair in lovely creamy conditioner. I left it in for a couple of minutes did all my other daily rituals to fight the dreaded flake and then rinsed. It washed out really easily and I didn’t feel like there was any left. I always fear not getting all the product out and having detergents still on my scalp.I was really happy with the results after blow drying. It left my hair soft and full bodied. I haven’t been this pleased with a Conditioner for a very long time!During the day I did get a little bit of fine flaking on a particularly troublesome spot, but nothing like it has been recently. My scalp is definitely calmer than it was yesterday. Still, it’s early hours and especially as it seems to calm my scalp and not aggravate it further, I will certainly be using it for the next wash.
