I received the product with other orders in one envelope. everything was fine but that one. the pencil arrives in a dirty, opened and damaged boxe plus the pencil was dirty and looked as if somebody used it before! I exchanging it hoping it’s a mistake but I find it so unprofessional and unhygienic!

Premetto che i cosmetici HAUS LABORATORIES sono sinonimo di qualità. Uso questa matita labbra ormai da anni, come fosse un rossetto, non solo per il contorno, il tratto è confortevole, senza sbavature, colore naturale e tenuta impeccabile. Ne ho provate davvero tante, ma non la cambierei. Il prezzo non è bassissimo, ma i soldi li vale tutti. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!!
