I’ve been dying my hair for over 20 years and was looking for a more “natural/less dammaging” solution. My hair is in fair need of hydration and could use some brilliance and movement. Oh… and I have white/grey roots. This product covered all the white, left my hair feeling soft, it shines, it has movement and volume and feels healthy and hydrated… Ticked all the boxes… plus, I didn’t loose as much hair as I normally do when dying them, the smell is almost unnoticeable and it didn’t burn my scalp or itch. Love it !!! Highly recommend.

This was my first Herbatin colour use and I was so happy that it sparked off no allergies since I have a very sensitive scalp and had stopped using hair colours, preferring to use henna which however leaves a very brassy hue! Hence despite being so prohitively expensive, I’m rating Herbatint five stars because I faced no allergic reactions after use although the shade I selected – N1 was darker than what I was looking for. Have ordered dark chestnut for my next application. N1 is certainly an almost intense black, don’t know how many people would want it on their hair.The conditioner was superb, left hair so soft and gleaming esp after a blow dry.
