This is my third order of Herbion Naturals Apple Cider Vinegar gummies. I bought them the first time mainly because I was having horrible bloating issues and nothing I tried was helping. I have a hard time taking capsules and when I saw that these were in gummy form, I decided to do some research before ordering.One thing that I especially liked is that the company only makes herbal and natural supplements. I felt safe ordering from them. I have never used a gummy supplement before (felt they were for kids only!). I love the flavour of these. They are extremely strong smelling, but very good tasting, and do not leave a sickly sweet taste in your mouth.There are 60 gummies, and you only take one a day, so enough for two months. I think the price is excellent. Many supplements you need to take three or more a day so I was really pleased that one a day was enough. Within the first six weeks, I started to notice that my bloating was not as bad. I had been living with it for several years and it bothered me so much that I couldn’t eat. I am now on my third order of these and while I haven’t weighed myself, my bloat is gone. I can fit into pants that I couldn’t fit into before so I know these are working. While I didn’t think I had any digestive issues before, I was having occasional reflux and that has totally disappeared as well. I am extremely happy with this product and am looking at trying some of the other supplements that they offer.
